Beyond happy I was in a desperate situation and at the recommendation of two friends, called Ricart. Ended up talking to Jim, who was instantly fantastic. I explai I was in a desperate situation and at the recommendation of two friends, called Ricart. Ended up talking to Jim, who was instantly fantastic. I explained my situation, and he took most of my information over the phone and immediately started working with Sean to see what they could do for me, if anything, because of my circumstances. This was on a Tuesday. On Wednesday, Jim’s day off, he came in, early, to try to get this done for me. And him and Sean went above and beyond. Not only did I get more than I expected, being the first brand new car I’ve ever owned, no co-signer, but they did it with a smile the whole time. Jim wasn’t pushy, which absolutely drives me bonkers in a sales person, and he’s been more than helpful ever since I drove off the lot. Even checked a couple days after my purchase to make sure I was happy with my car. I originally told him I wanted something simple and easy on gas…I didn’t get that. I got much more and it has everything I didn’t know I wanted. It’s great. I’d more than recommend him to anyone I know, and have to several people already. As much as buying a vehicle is a pain, he took much of the sting out of it. I’ll more than happily go see him again after I drive the wheels off of this one. More

Phenomenal I went into Ricart not really knowing what i wanted other than it needed to fit my 3 kids in the back seat comfortably.
