New Car Newbie I was faced with the worst decision I could have been faced with in my opinion...picking out a car out of need, not want. So, I called the one person I was faced with the worst decision I could have been faced with in my opinion...picking out a car out of need, not want. So, I called the one person I knew in the car business, Steve Holsinger! He was attentive, helped me check out different models, ran numbers and understood what I was looking for as a busy working mom of soon to be 3 kids. Everyone I dealt with there was kind and helpful, and didn't pressure me into making a huge financial decision weeks before having another kid. I couldn't have imagined going somewhere else and working with other people who potentially didn't know me, my life and what I really NEEDED out of this new car. I'm obsessed with my Kia Telluride, and even my kids are refusing to eat in it (Thanks God!) because it's so beautiful. This was the BEST dealership I could have gone to for a car, and my family will continue doing business there because of Steve's guidance and reassurance during this process as well as the help of Jim Leibhart. If you're looking for a new or used car, make sure to check them out. Everyone I came into contact was astoundingly great at their job and they cared about me and my family. Thank you Steve and Jim! Once we settled on a vehicle he brought his Mamger Steve in to work the numbers. They took their time to explain everything to my daughter so she could make an informed decision. Very quick process. Our lease is up in a few months and we plan to come back. More
