Ricart Honors Its 72 Hour Return The salesman Jim Liebhart was super nice and did not push me to buy something I would not be happy with. He was patient and openly listened to my nee The salesman Jim Liebhart was super nice and did not push me to buy something I would not be happy with. He was patient and openly listened to my needs. I finally picked out a car even though it did not have everything I wanted. However, I thought was happy. The next morning, I was having second thoughts and decided that I should have gone ahead and bought what I wanted instead of settling. So, I went back to talk to Jim again. I was told that Ricart has a 72 hour return policy. The manager Steve Holsinger was super in getting a new deal put together. They did not squabble about me returning the car. I was really amazed how Steve and Jim worked diligently to please me. The paper work was also quickly pulled together. Jeff in finance was super too. This was the best car buying experience ever. I will never consider going to any other car dealership. More
