About a year and a half ago I bought a 2011 Ford Fusion from Chad. He was an amazing dealer, very friendly, not pushy at all, and I felt like we could trust him. He was as knowledgeable as any car saleman I have ever worked with, but without that "car saleman" attitude. When my 2011 Fusion was totaled last week, we went to Chad to purchase our replacement vehicle. Chad was great about showing us all of our Ford options, including vehicles that we had never even considered. But we stuck with another Fusion, 2012 model. I would recommend Chad to everyone and anyone. Also, Jason was a breeze to work with. Sometimes the negotiation process seems like it can drag on forever and be intimidating. However, we told Jason exactly what we wanted, and even on a very busy Saturday, he got us exactly what we wanted very quickly and without any problems. More
My wife and I were given the time and space to decide on those minor things that were important to us. David was very accomodating and patient through that process. Overall it was a smooth process. care ws taken to meet our needs and offer options in both the vehicle, and the price/financinig that met our goals. BTW - in spite of tornado warnings going off as we finished the transaction, and it being the close of business, the team stayed with us patiently thrrugh the sales and vehicle delivery process. I never did get the sense anything was being rushed. More

When I arrived at Ricarts I was really nervous I wasn't sure what to expect I had never really did something like this on my own before everyone made it so easy Chad was very friendly when he greeted me to sure what to expect I had never really did something like this on my own before everyone made it so easy Chad was very friendly when he greeted me told him what I was there to look at he ask me why I choose the focus I drove one over the weekend from a rent a car and I loved the way it drove then he asked what was important to have in the car told him Chad showed me what they had which was a great selection saw a color I liked we took it for a test drive Chad was very informative about the car he made me feel relaxed he introdused me to Jason and he was just as Friendly as Chad they both made me feel at ease, I have already recommened Ricart to several of my customers at work , friends and family, I have talked to Chad and Jason on the phone since I have made my purchase they both made me feel like I was important as a person not just a customer and I think that's the way it should be, Thank you for your time. We stopped in Saturday, St. Patty's day and were pleasenty greeted by Travis, decked out in his green shirt and bow-tie. Very polite, professional, and accomodating salesmen. I explained we knew what we were looking for and wanted to see if they had any vehicles that matched on the lot. They had 2, with the same options but the 2 motor options we wanted to look at. We told him we wanted to take some time to think about things and I needed to request my X-Plan pin. He said not a problem, gave us his card and was not pushy or using any pressure sales patterns at all. This was a key in us coming back less than 48 hours later and dealing with him to close the deal. When it came to Monday, he followed up with me during business hours and asked how things were and just to get a feel on where we stood. He told me about the extra $500 bonus cash for the auto show had been extended and we talked about our trade in. He passed me to his sales manager "Hawk" and he helped walk me through some issues we were having with the lender not releasing the title on the trade. Afer work we came to Ricart still not 100% sure we wanted to buy that night, but also knowing that the 0.0% and trade incentives etc. were not going to last forever. We took both models out for test drives and figured out which one we wanted. We sat down with Travis and Andrew and went over the X-Plan pricing and incentive options vs. 0.0% Ford financing. The best part was Andrew didn't put up the smoke screen I have seen too many times with the financing and payments. He came to us with the ACTUAL out the door costs and payment as is. Not the payment off the X-Plan pricing, then add the tax, title, etc. This was HUGE and made us feel very comfortable in dealing with both men. We came to a respectable payment, and went on to financing which was as pleasent as the previous sales portion. All together this is the 4th vehicle we have bought from Ricart, and they are my go to Ford Dealer along with the best used vehicles I've ever seen. More
