I received several emails from a couple different sales people however David was the only one that communicated in a timely manner. I emailed back in forth with him describing what my goal was prior to com people however David was the only one that communicated in a timely manner. This was my first time at Ricart Ford as I have always delt at my local Honda dealership but now I am a lifetime customer of Ricart! I have never delt with a dealership that was so friendly! My next car purchase will definately be through my "friend"-not sales person- Travis Groves! The only sugestion I would make to Ricart is to have a Food Court available to your customers because some customers have to drive a way to get there and the process takes awhile. More
