The Ford Escape I bought is the 4th vehicle I have bought from Ricart. I had done my homework through the internet first before going to Ricart, so I knew what I wanted before I drove there. After my internet visit, I received an email that contained a vehicle picture/inform going to Ricart, so I knew what I wanted before I drove there. After my internet visit, I received an email that contained a vehicle picture/information of exactly what I was looking for. The color was off, but that was because I had selected "undetermined" when it came to the color choice. I was very happy to see rebates and additional trade-in mark offs that would apply. Once I got to Ricart I was expecting the whole "sales pitch" type of experience. I was relieved when it was the complete opposite. The staff were very personable and friendly. They knew their product when I had specific questions about the vehicle I was interested in. I am also glad it wasn't a "hurry and make a sale so the sales person can get to the next customer" type of experience. Overall, I enjoyed my experience and I feel comfortable in contacting the dealer about questions I may have concerning my purchase. My only concern with my experience is the number of different people I met with during my experience. I believe I talked to 5 different people while I was there. Each had information to share with me. It was hard to keep track of who said what, especially if I have a question about it later. I think it would be beneficial if a customer, like myself, would have one person to deal with the whole time they are there. One sales person who was there for the entire experience. Again, the staff were great and I have no complaints about their friendliness or knowledge. My other concern would be the jumping around to different stations. I like the open concept of stations, but I was taken to 3 or 4 different stations during my experience. If the sales staff were more mobile in what they can do, rather than having to go to a station with a customer. Something along the lines of iPads or tablets that give them access not only in the building, but outside as well. For example, a nice day, rather than coming back to one central building, especially if you are out with a customer and are a good distance away from the central building. Sit inside the vehicle or something like that and complete the information by iPad. Use electronic signature and even work-flow to route the forms to the next person. How nice would it be if a sales person was walking around the lot with a customer, having a conversation. Not a sales pitch, but a conversation and puts down the tailgate of a truck(for example), and starts filling out the information while talking to the customer and then continues to look at vehicles. Narrowing it down to the exact one they want. All while the paper work is being electronically routed. Be able to show the customer accessories for the vehicle on a vehicle already equiped with the accessories. So it isn't just pieces and parts in a central station, but actually get to see the accessories on a vehicle, the vehicle they are wanting to purchase. Just some food for thought.... Again, great experience and I would definately go back. More

Chad Yochens was wonderful to deal with. He was very friendly. He listened to our needs and went out of his way to meet them. We bought a basic truck but wanted custom rims to improve the appearance. friendly. He listened to our needs and went out of his way to meet them.
