Scheduled a recall service online several days before my appt. Showed up for appt and they did not have the part in stock. Someone should have called to explain this before I showed up for the appt. Service advisor said they could go ahead and order the part and they would go ahead and do the system reset then install the part later. As it turns out another recall customer did not show up so they were able to use that part for my vehicle after all. Did not start out as a great experience but they were able to complete the work. The cashier was apparently incapable of multitasking so I stood in line for more than 10 minutes to get the key to my vehicle. The invoice they printed showed no information regarding what service was performed on my vehicle - it could have at least stated what recall work had been performed. More

Communication was minimal at best. My truck was dropped off Wednesday evening, prior to my 8:00 AM appointment Thursday morning. I received a text message Thursday morning saying to reply for status or communication, all went unanswered. After calling Friday about status, was told they’d follow up with me. I never received any status update and had to go without my vehicle for the weekend. On Monday, when I called, I was told the vehicle was ready, and they called and left message on Friday afternoon, to which I hand no missed calls Or voicemail. I also had no texts which was the original method of communication the dealer provided. Once the truck was picked up, it was full of greasy hand prints all over the hood of my vehicle and apparently test driven down a muddy road as it was covered in mud and not returned in a condition prior to dropping off.
