Took car in for 20k mile checkup. Four hours later, we ask Elena about our car status and find out we are waiting for an air filter to finish the service. Also was given a free oil change and tire rotation (based on a previous service issue) that was a $56 credit (paid $50 for oil change last year at Riata service). Poor communication and felt I was overcharged. We bought our car at Riata and thought we would get better service there ...but have not! More

I don’t know what’s going on? Took my vehicle in because my service engine light came on . Well I received an oil change. Was told I’d have to reschedule to have it checked. It’s been a month and I’m still waiting for someone to call me so I can leave my vehicle there. I’m worried because this is the second new vehicle I’ve had and at the 2 year mark it was an engine problem. It was my COMPLETE motor that had to be rebuilt/ replaced due to an assembly process error. I’m ready to switch dealers at this point. Even though I’m use to Ford. More
