Although staff and general manager are very friendly, there's a complete lack of commitment to what Riata promises. Multiple dates / appointments missed, no call / text to explain what happened. You need to constantly follow up to understand why things didn't happen as promised. It's great to have knowledgeable and friendly staff but that is offset by the same friendly staff not doing WHAT they said they would WHEN they said they would. The general manager jumped in at some point to help improve the experience. Unfortunately after he took ownership of my case there were still instances when people didn't show up, didn't call, didn't do what they said they would do. More
