Second time truck went in the shop for the same problem and now we are looking at the turd time in a little over a week for the same problem. I don’t think it’s the dealerships fault, hence the 4 star rati and now we are looking at the turd time in a little over a week for the same problem. And in full disclosure I’ve been to 3 other dealerships that didn’t fix anything, just cleared the fault codes and charged a service fee. I’m gonna give them one more chance to figure out my hybrid problem and I have faith they will. They also eluded that the next trip would not cost me another service fee. More
