Purchasing process was fast and smooth because I knew what I wanted and I knew what I wanted to pay. After The purchase was made. I was only given one key with no key fobs, but I guess that is lesson lea what I wanted and I knew what I wanted to pay. After The purchase was made. I was only given one key with no key fobs, but I guess that is lesson learned for me to make sure that futures purchases of vehicle’s have two keys and fobs as I know how much these cost to replace and so did the sales manager. Purchase price wasn’t any kind of discount but this vehicle was what I wanted and I know I over paid for it but I needed it ASAP. More

First issue Back Brakes: On September 22, 2024, I was advised there is a recall on the Lincolns between the years of 2015-2018 break line. My brake is completely out, and fluid is everywhere. With no warning, it caused me to almost go through a complete intersection today. I'm very upset. I have a Lincoln MKZ. I am writing to ask Do you guys still service mobile, and if so, how quick his issue can be resolved. I have had to call off from work tonight due to this issue of almost causing an accident or even a fatality. Ford Response was I had to get my car towed in their location so they could look at it , but there was a 3 day wait. I refused. So- I paid out of pocket for the repairs on September 22, 2024. $325.00. Front Brake Line Broke. Second Issue Back Brake: On November 13, 2024, I had the same issue occur again with my back brake, Breaks not working. I left work at 0700, At 0723 I received my grandchild (4 months old) and headed home in rush hour traffic and again my car had no breaks, and no notice was giving with the car system in place. Having to drive very slowly and maintaining a safe distance, I was able to get home. I was so mad. Not only my life in danger but my grandchild's as well. 72000 miles on this car , and these problems are unacceptable. A Lincoln is a luxury vehicle. After an expert looked at my vehicle, it was determined that he back break line was leaking and had to be replaced as well as the entire brake system. Totaling $903.73. I called Riata Ford and was again told the car needed to be brought to their service department, I paid to get my car tower in. I left the finds(invoice) with my vehicle at Riata Ford in Manor , Texas. The dealership I purchased the vehicle. I did get a loaner car but was told I might be liable for payment of use for it at $40.00. This is the second time this has happened. The brake lines on my car are bad. The company recalled the front break line. But not the back brake line. I called back 11/15 to speak with Hildo, a service coordinator, and he told me my back breaks were not a recall problem, and I would have to pay out of pocket right at $900.00. But, he would talk to Randall Cates to ask if their is anything they could do. The answer after speaking with Randall Cates was no, because only the front break line had been recalled. I tried to call Hildo back again on Friday, but I left two messages, and I have yet to receive a call back. I am very disappointed in the Lincoln quality of this car. My car is now still with Riata Ford. More
