I didn’t really deal with Henry, mostly Austin (Duke), Jason, and Mike Jones. Duke was nice and sympathetic, but ultimately my 1 star rating is on Jason and Mike Jones. I purchased a Mach e and had issue Jason, and Mike Jones. Duke was nice and sympathetic, but ultimately my 1 star rating is on Jason and Mike Jones. I purchased a Mach e and had issues with it making wind noise right away. I brought it in to take advantage of the 7 day exchange policy but was asked to give them an opportunity to fix it. I didn’t want to, but Jason insisted. Jason promised no less than 4 times I could swap the car out if they didn’t fix it. I get my vehicle back 4 days later and the noise issue is worse. I go back to swap out the vehicle, wait 4 hours in the lobby, to get Mike Jones telling me because it’s an EV (that doesn’t qualify for the credit, what I signed says because of the credit they don’t exchange EV) he wouldn’t take it back. I could trade it in! Take a 12k loss and have him sell me another car. Mike said “you only live once” but I don’t want to die broke due to your lying sales people. I will never do business with Riata ever again and will encourage no one else to. The shop manager has been very nice considering, but I am still waiting on parts to repair the issue. I am beyond disappointed with my experience here and this will absolutely be my last experience with a lief Johnson dealership and ford altogether. More
