Michael Jackson is alright man, he showed himself trustworthy when it came to transparency and out-the-door pricing for our purchase. Using Ford's inventory search tools, I was able to locate a promising vehicle and link to Riata's site, look at more photos of the vehicle and put in a contact request. The next day, I was contacted by R a promising vehicle and link to Riata's site, look at more photos of the vehicle and put in a contact request. The next day, I was contacted by Riata's sales manager Michael Jackson who arranged for us to come in, look at the vehicle and test drive it. After going over some issues our visit turned up, as the vehicle was used for a period as a courtesy vehicle, we decided to buy it and we're able to quickly execute a deal with Riata's finance team. All in all, I was very pleased with my experience and happy with my purchase. More
