When I was trying to order this truck over a year ago Edgar was the only one who reached out from an internet inquiry. I had reached out to multiple dealerships and he was the only one to reply. Our first conversation was about a hold that Ford had placed on truck orders and he expected them to open up sometime in the future. About two weeks later Edgar called to let me know the order window had opened up and he walked me through the process of ordering the truck just how I wanted it. A year and 4 days later my truck arrived at Riata ford and Edgar was on the ball getting the truck ready. I was expecting to see a substantial price increase when I arrived but to my surprise it was almost the same price that was quoted when we ordered the truck. The whole process at Riata has been a pleasant experience and I would definitely recommend Edgar and Riata Ford More
