We were referred to the manager of this dealership. We walked in to order a vehicle that we were told would possibly get a discount when it came in. When it came in, no discount, didn't go with us on the test drive, and when I asked him to explain what was different than my current truck, he said other than a bigger screen, he didn't know, I would have to read the owners manual. Handed me the keys and said thanks. They were happy to take our full msrp, but couldn't be bothered to actually give customer service once they got our money. More

Sales has absolutely no idea what’s going on. I found multiple issues with the truck and was promised a fix upon buying and was never granted this fair. I loved the car I got, but that was about it. The car arrived with some damage, which the dealership promised to fix "once the part comes in". I got it in writing, but that didn't seem to do any good. Af arrived with some damage, which the dealership promised to fix "once the part comes in". After almost 3 months of no updates, I had to contact them again and ask for this to be resolved, which took them about an additional week to follow up, to then schedule an appointment for 1 month later. I contacted them 1 business day before the appointment, and they didn't have me on their schedule. My sales rep instead told me I'd have to go all the way across town to a random body shop to get this fixed. After I asked for him to make it happen at the initial dealership service center like it was originally scheduled, he said he'd look into it, but no resolution yet. The sales guy and manager were nice people, and it hurts to leave a mediocre review. More
