I can't say enough great things about Riata Ford and the people who work there. I had an issue with my Ford Maverick that needed to be taken to the service department to fix. Found a car online, I inquired about it and the next day they messaged me about the car. I spoke to Matt he sent me videos answered my questions and we moved forward with the transaction. When we got to pricing they offered me the car for way higher than I got quoted online but after talking for a bit they decided to honor the price! They gave me complimentary delivery and Matt went over all the features of the vehicle. Upon him leaving I noticed the vehicle was not detailed like they told me it would be. I messaged him upset because I received a dirty car and they were able to accommodate me to make things right! We did this transaction completely over the phone and through text so minus the few hiccups we had along the way it was a smooth transaction! i guess if you have a problem all you have to do is ask because they were more than willing to fix their wrongs! Would recommend them to my friends and family! More
