Glen in Toyota service has been outstanding to work with. He is attive and gets work scheduled and completed as promised. The courtesy shuttle is a nice perk. The actual Service Department is Top Notch! The call center… well.. I wish we could just call the Service Guys, I’ll leave it at that =) Mark at the front counter (I hope I have that correct??) I always feel good about bringing my car to Rhinelander Toyota. The service is outstanding, efficient, and quick. I have great confidence in the mechanics as my car runs very well and I never have any is Toyota. The service is outstanding, efficient, and quick.
