On Friday, September 9th I had a 25,000 mile service on my Buick La Crosse. Dorian was courteous and friendly and answered all of my questions. Dorian is THE BEST! We trust him and feel he takes great care of us and our cars. He is most knowledgeable about our vehicles and we felt we had lost a friend(Dorian) when Rio Rancho closed down. Dorian is an excellent customer service representative. The only issue I had was the actual service. Had my coolant replaced but got a "low coolant light" the day after.
