My experience with this dealership has been very good. Dorian gives excellent customer service. He listens to me, he never cuts me off, he pays attention to what I say and he remembers what we've talked Dorian gives excellent customer service. He is respectful and polite. I have dealt with other staff at this dealership and in 1 instance I have had to get a ride to work from a GMC staff. The ride was nice and the staff was polite and professional. There is a woman greeter that always comes to my car when I drive up. She is also polite and always professional. My overall experience has been very pleasant. My one complaint is the policy that does not allow or prohibits Dorian from giving me a loaner car when my car is being serviced. One time I had to use ENTERPRISE and I did not like having to walk two buildings over and then have them try to give me a FIAT when I was turning in my GMC ACADIA for service! Other than that, I really like this dealership and the staff there. More

He is the best!! He is always on top of things. My GMC Hybrid needed to be serviced due to an engine light and battery light concern. Dorian immediately placed me in a rental through Enterprise right next to them and I was pretty much on my way. I was placed into a sedan and then upgraded to a truck as that is what I drive and with a toddler just essential.
