Took my wife's Buick Enclave in for Routine Service and the Customer Service was Great, like always. Dorian always takes great pride in what he does and is always very accomodating to my wife and I. I spoke with Ed the week before I brought my vehicle in and said I would need a Courtesy vehicle. He made sure that I had one to use. After driving off the lot, I needed to lock the vehicle and when I ret and said I would need a Courtesy vehicle. He made sure that I had one to use. After driving off the lot, I needed to lock the vehicle and when I returned, the alarm sounded. I was unable to trn it off because I was not given the remote. I called Reynolds and spoke with Dorian who spoke with the young lady that I worked with briefly to get the Acadia. Between the two of them, a remote was provided to me. Dorian kept me up to date on the status of the repair and I was pleased to learn that I would have it ealier than expected. When I arrived to take my vehicle home, I was told that ith had been cleaned inside and out! More

My experience with this dealership has been very good. Dorian gives excellent customer service. He listens to me, he never cuts me off, he pays attention to what I say and he remembers what we've talked Dorian gives excellent customer service. He is respectful and polite. I have dealt with other staff at this dealership and in 1 instance I have had to get a ride to work from a GMC staff. The ride was nice and the staff was polite and professional. There is a woman greeter that always comes to my car when I drive up. She is also polite and always professional. My overall experience has been very pleasant. My one complaint is the policy that does not allow or prohibits Dorian from giving me a loaner car when my car is being serviced. One time I had to use ENTERPRISE and I did not like having to walk two buildings over and then have them try to give me a FIAT when I was turning in my GMC ACADIA for service! Other than that, I really like this dealership and the staff there. More

They got ink on my door panel, they tried to clean it with a chemical that smelled and also faded out my leather I had to return back to the dealer so they can see the fading and the smell.Thankfully They ordered a new one, I was so happy when I found out Dorian was working at reynolds. He is the best!! He is always on top of things. Goes the extra mile to make me happy,My parents purchased a vehicle from reynolds and they also go thru Dorian for service on their vehicle..I make sure I tell Anyone that is interested in purchasing a car from reynolds to go thru Dorian for service. I tell them he is the best. Im not sure how the other service guys are but they sure can learn alot from Dorian. More

We bought our 2003 Yukon XL from Reynolds GMC back in 2003, eventhough we live less than a mile away from another GM brand dealership, due to pricing and service and have been with Reynolds GMC from then on. My GMC Hybrid needed to be serviced due to an engine light and battery light concern. Dorian immediately placed me in a rental through Enterprise right next to them and I was pretty much on my way. I did however not happen to have the best experience at enterprise but that was due to unforseen circumstances. I was placed into a sedan and then upgraded to a truck as that is what I drive and with a toddler just essential. I was very pleased with the customer service I received at GMC Reynolds and would recommend them in the future. More
