Took my GMC SUV (2002) in for service after having a Chevrolet dealership attempt to diagnose/correct the problem. It was not an easy fix, but Reynolds persisted and found the problem and fixed it. When we arrived at the dealership Mariana had arranged for us to look at a number of HHRs they had on the lot. After we had driven 4 or 5, my son selected the one he like the most and was thrilled with his choice. Mariana made the entire sales process an easy one especially for a 1st time buyer. The price was exactly what was quoted by CarsDirect and the entire process from the time we arrived including test drives until we left was completed in 2 1/2 hours. My family was in the market for a new buick enclave and new so we used costco auto for the purchase when we customized the car on costcoauto.com and submitted it costco told us to go to reynolds buick ...a new so we used costco auto for the purchase when we customized the car on costcoauto.com and submitted it costco told us to go to reynolds buick ...a day before we went i received my quote for the enclave from rudy and the price sounded just rite...the msrp of the vechicle configured was 45000 and the invoice price was 42000which was the price costco gave me and the quote i received from reynolds was lower than that so no need to hassle but overall savings were 8000 dollars and i got 0% for 60 mts so that was great but it was a great experience,easy purchase and very great survice overall so my family is happy and so is the dealer... We could not be happier with Dorian and Reynolds Buick. Dorian is accommodating, kind, professional, yet personal. I was in the market for a car for my daughter and my husband & I decided on a Chevy HHR. I wanted to make the buying experience as pain free as possible, so I did a lot of research online and obtained m husband & I decided on a Chevy HHR. I wanted to make the buying experience as pain free as possible, so I did a lot of research online and obtained my own financing. I emailed several dealerships, before choosing Reynolds. They had a much larger selection of used HHRs and their website offered a Carfax report (several others did not). I sent off an email to Rudy inquiring about the car. After the initial automated response, his emails were personal and friendly. Once at the dealership, Rudy was very friendly and I definetly felt no pressure to buy. I mentioned to him that we had our own financing thru our bank. When he found out the interest rate, he went to work trying to find us a lower rate (which he did). We left feeling like we got a good deal on the car and we weren't stuck in the 'price haggling' merry-go-round. Overall, it was a very relaxed and enjoyable experience (except for the rainy weather) and we would highly recommend Reynolds and Rudy to anyone in the market for a vehicle. D. Massey More

Took my wife's Buick Enclave in for Routine Service and the Customer Service was Great, like always. Dorian always takes great pride in what he does and is always very accomodating to my wife and I. I spoke with Ed the week before I brought my vehicle in and said I would need a Courtesy vehicle. He made sure that I had one to use. After driving off the lot, I needed to lock the vehicle and when I ret and said I would need a Courtesy vehicle. He made sure that I had one to use. After driving off the lot, I needed to lock the vehicle and when I returned, the alarm sounded. I was unable to trn it off because I was not given the remote. I called Reynolds and spoke with Dorian who spoke with the young lady that I worked with briefly to get the Acadia. Between the two of them, a remote was provided to me. Dorian kept me up to date on the status of the repair and I was pleased to learn that I would have it ealier than expected. When I arrived to take my vehicle home, I was told that ith had been cleaned inside and out! More
