This was the easiest car sale I have ever had. My wife and I have bought many cars over our 42 years of marriage and this was the best. I thought dealing with Rudy first through the internet made he transaction smoother--once we arrived in person, the deal was essentially done, very little negotiating was necessary to make the least deal work for us. Even the trade was competitive and fair. Lisa, the sales manager, introduced herself to us and told us a little bit about herself and the history of the dealership. Paul, the finance manager, was easy to work with, and did not pressure us to buy additional products or warranties--I liked that. This is the first vehicle we have purchased from Reynolds but it won't be the last. We will recommend Rudy and Reynolds to friends and family. Finally we appreciated Rudy spending quality time with us to review (in detail) the vehicle's features as well as tell us to contact him at any time if we had questions or needed anything. I can understand why Reynolds was rated number 1 in California--they work with the customer. More

Recently, I brought my Solstice to Reynolds for service, repair and also for body work (resultant from lift damage). Working on a car like mine lends no room for error. What I observed repeatedly throughout the course of this experience was unheard of, as well as refreshing, especially in these times: BOTH Andy AND Kevin were personally involved, taking responsibility to ensure all work was completed perfectly and in a timely manner. They even graciously provided a 2012 courtesy vehicle to me during that time. Andy and Kevin went over my car in unsurpassed detail; they even personally inspected all repairs. They clearly exceeded every expectation. Thanks to these two gentlemen, and their impeccable decorum, my Solstice looks and performs better than the day I bought it. Took my GMC SUV (2002) in for service after having a Chevrolet dealership attempt to diagnose/correct the problem. It was not an easy fix, but Reynolds persisted and found the problem and fixed it. My family was in the market for a new buick enclave and new so we used costco auto for the purchase when we customized the car on costcoauto.com and submitted it costco told us to go to reynolds buick ...a new so we used costco auto for the purchase when we customized the car on costcoauto.com and submitted it costco told us to go to reynolds buick ...a day before we went i received my quote for the enclave from rudy and the price sounded just rite...the msrp of the vechicle configured was 45000 and the invoice price was 42000which was the price costco gave me and the quote i received from reynolds was lower than that so no need to hassle but overall savings were 8000 dollars and i got 0% for 60 mts so that was great but it was a great experience,easy purchase and very great survice overall so my family is happy and so is the dealer... I was in the market for a car for my daughter and my husband & I decided on a Chevy HHR. They had a much larger selection of used HHRs and their website offered a Carfax report (several others did not). I sent off an email to Rudy inquiring about the car. After the initial automated response, his emails were personal and friendly. Once at the dealership, Rudy was very friendly and I definetly felt no pressure to buy. I mentioned to him that we had our own financing thru our bank. When he found out the interest rate, he went to work trying to find us a lower rate (which he did). We left feeling like we got a good deal on the car and we weren't stuck in the 'price haggling' merry-go-round. Overall, it was a very relaxed and enjoyable experience (except for the rainy weather) and we would highly recommend Reynolds and Rudy to anyone in the market for a vehicle. D. Massey More
