After dealing with Chevy dealers, I was frustrated about the whole game process about negotiating the price. Even considered a New Ford Edge, but the $34,000.00 I wasn't convinced. Noticed a 2013 Used GMC Acadia SLT-1 on the lot a few days earlier and after Ford quoted me $34,000.00 for the Edge, I thought a 2nd look @ the Acadia was deserved. Henry Kessell (used car sales) is great, love the fact that you can test drive as many cars on the lot as you like. Did I mentioned that NO sales person rides along with you! On the used car side, the price you see is the price you pay. NO HAGGLING.. Every time I've purchased a used car from them, no one else had a price even close to theirs, not even private party sales. No up sale with the finance side either. It actually took less time to finance the deal then it took us to make the decision on what car to buy (had to convince the better half that the Acadia was it). Service Review: I've always had a great experience with the service department. Found out that the service manage checks out local pricing on service from independent shops in the area & usually will under cut the price. I deal with Steve Pratt (service adviser) and he is always upbeat and very professional. Sabrina (cashier) always has a smile & great attitude with customers. In dealing with anyone @ this dealership, you can tell they don't HATE there job! VERY CLEAN inside and out! More

I found this dealership by chance on the internet after I had called 3 other GMC dealers, that each gave me a different money down quotes/monthly payments. Rudy Knobloch answered the phone the first time I called Reynolds, and was patient while I explained my challenges with the other dealerships and my unease about being mislead. From the beginning he guaranteed me that he would clearly outline what Reynolds had to offer in writing. Within 15min after we spoke Rudy did just that, and gave us 5 payment options to choose from. He also had the exact model and color I wanted, graciously reserving our vehicle while I fine tuned the formalities of the deal. Rudy asked me to call before we came, and when we arrived everything was set. My car was parked, cleaned, and beautiful. Our total time from the time we arrived until all the paperwork was complete was 20min(including bathroom breaks for my 4 year old)...before I knew it we where in my new car, and Rudy was explaining all the bells and whistles. I have bought many cars (10), and Rudy Knobloch, and the Reynolds team gave me the BEST car buying experience of my life. I've been on such a high, I can't wait to buy another car from Rudy again. I will definitely refer Rudy, to my friends, and family. Thank you again Rudy for all of your help!! More
I surprised my wife by arranging for her to get a new car while I was out of town and the team at Reynolds and especially Rudy were great to work with to get it set up. Rudy was very professional and knowledgeable about the Buick Enclave. This was my first American car after owning several Japanese and German models for over 2 decades. The entire process was pain free with no haggling or fussing. He showed me the invoice and markup, obtained the vehicle quickly, and credit approval was lightening fast! It was a pleasure working with him and I plan to refer more of my friends and clients to his dealership. I highly recommend his service. It feels great to buy American, especially in this recovering economy when price and fuel matter the most. More
OH EM GEEEE is all I have to say! I was having an issue with my steering and I went to Pep Boys, and they said nothing is wrong.. umm excuse me, my steering wheel wont turn!! so I was referred to the deale with my steering and I went to Pep Boys, and they said nothing is wrong.. umm excuse me, my steering wheel wont turn!! so I was referred to the dealer, unfortunately (or actually fortunately) they were going under new management and they referred me to Reynolds Buick (btw I have a Chevy) well in any case, Dorian greeted me, with a smile and a personality to make my day! I work in Customer Service, in fact im a Supervisor I have never received great service from mechanics especially the dealers!! sooo I was happy about this first impression not only that he kept me updated along the way. He fixed the problem, great price and assured me he would have it ready for me if not that day (Friday morning) then by Saturday... which it was... I have to say I don't have a Buick but Im def going back for my maintenance on Black Beauty (my car) Thank you Dorian, I was sooo stressed about my car, I expected it to be more of a hassle since I was having trouble with someone even helping me in the first place, and as soon as you got my baby, you took care of her! My partner and I came in to purchase a 2013 GMC Sierra extended cab truck and the three professionals who helped us made it an extremely easy and comfortable process. First, there was Lisa Lidle who amazed us by expediting the paper work process in such a quick and effortless fashion that we could hardly believe it when we compared it to the fiasco of buying our previous vehicle at another dealership. Her knowledgeable and confident attitude was very reassuring to us and we knew were in good hands and would be treated fairly. Then, Paul in finance walked us through all of our options and explained everything very clearly to us. Again, he was thorough and efficient with all of the paper work and we were confident we made the right decisions. Finally, Mr. Salter introduced us to our new vehicle and helped me to understand how everything operated. He even sat with me and helped me through the process of signing-up with On-Star. Overall, it was a terrific experience and we just wanted to let you know that these three are to be commended for providing excellent customer service. More
