After receiving what I perceived as an unjust approach to the unresolved noise issue in my 2007 Pontiac Torrent. Don Reynolds, Dealership owner, Kevin McCorry, Service Manager, and Rolando Acosta, Assistant Service Manager worked together to trace the noise. After several ineffective part changes that didn't fix the problem, the Engineers at GM Headquartwes in Detroit suggested they change the steering column and Voila!!! it worked. as a bonus to me I was given a Pontiac G6 courtesy loaner while they searched the for the cause of the noise. Yes, I would recommend this dealership, because I'm now a happy satisfied customer and will return again when service is needed on my vehicle. I had several problems with my Yukon Denali that needed resolved. Being a woman I was ready to be taken advantage of. Awful customer service at the service department. When I brought my car in, I had to stand there for a long time while the service managers sit at their computers and ignore you. For certified used car buyers. This may be true with any dealer...but always make sure that any car purchased is inspected for cosmetic flaws all the way around inside and out. The dealer will fix anything you ask for if noted before signing the contracts. Otherwise, returning and negotiating cosmetic fix-its after the fact gets very difficult. I noticed a week later that the trunk had been repaired and repainted very poorly. This dealership is extremely friendly overall and the trunk problem may not have been their doing because they bought the car at auction. It was too late to have them re-work the trunk lid to back to factory specs. To be fair though, the used car I purchased was priced well considering the circumstances. I highly recomend this dealership for their very nice used car selection and pricing. I've also have very good experiences with the service dept. One final note, be prepared when dealing with the financial department, they are very adept on "closing the deal." Take care and happy shopping. More
