I was lucky to have met Rudy when I walked in to look into getting a new car. He was so friendly and helpful without being pushy or "salesman" like. I wanted to buy a truck as efficiently as possible, so I thought I would do so over the internet. I wrote emails to several dealers and Rudy Knobloch was the first to respond--just a few minutes after I wr thought I would do so over the internet. I responded with a few more questions and Rudy again responded in just a few minutes. I was impressed. The next day we worked out the deal on the phone and I never felt any pressure and never got the feeling that I wasn't being told the truth. It was the best vehicle buying experience I ever had. After we made the deal, I met Rudy to sign the papers and that was also a very enjoyable experience. At one point, Rudy asked whether I didn't want to actually see the vehicle--which I hadn't even thought about at that point. I was so sure that Rudy was dealing truthfully with me that it never occurred to me that I should check out the vehcle to make sure I was getting what I expected. Of course, it was just as described. We walked away from a few "bottom line deals" elsewhere. The Reynolds experience, from the "no pressure" approach while we browsed to the closing paperwork, was outstanding! And by far the best price we found anywhere. There need to be more salespeople like Kennedy. I particularly love his no-pressure, no-hassle, approach. Kennedy treated us with respect, and allowed us to make a decision without trying to *sell* us during the process. I would recommend (and already have!) this dealership to anyone. You will not be disappointed. More
