This was the best car buying experience ever! Pleasant, friendly, fair, and fast! We did an exhaustive internet search and visited several dealerships before coming to Reynolds. We walked away from a few "bottom line deals" elsewhere. The Reynolds experience, from the "no pressure" approach while we browsed to the closing paperwork, was outstanding! And by far the best price we found anywhere. There need to be more salespeople like Kennedy. I particularly love his no-pressure, no-hassle, approach. Kennedy treated us with respect, and allowed us to make a decision without trying to *sell* us during the process. I would recommend (and already have!) this dealership to anyone. You will not be disappointed. More

The customer service continued after I purchased the car as well, with a phone call from Rudy asking how I was enjoying my new car. We were in a car accident and needed a car right away and I was recommeded to this dealership and now I know why. The car was everything that I wanted and a price that couldn't be beat (seriously). Within an hour, after test driving the car, we were signing papers.
