Brought my truck into Reynold’s Buick GMC for a couple minor issues I wanted addressed. Met with Josh and explained my concerns. Had my GMC Sierra towed to Reynolds GMC but nothing happened for 2 days. After not getting status updates, I called the service director for help. Finally, got an update after I called and I was told t happened for 2 days. After not getting status updates, I called the service director for help. Finally, got an update after I called and I was told they need to dismount my transmission. They said I need to fix the Transmission Control Unit and speed sensor. I had to tow my GMC to another dealer since I cannot trust this dealer. They do not let you know what's going on and there is nothing being done for so many days. The new dealer found a possible faulty wiring harness. It was not the transmission at all. The new dealer asked me to drive it a lot and there was nothing wrong with the transmission. If I get a check engine light, they told me that they will replace the wiring harness. Reynolds GMC is not to be trusted with your vehicle. Customers beware! More
