I have never had an experience buying a Chevy truck (and I have owned 7 previously) then I had with my new 2025 Chevy 2500HD. Once I had the "build" completed, I sent it out to 4 different dealerships and I have owned 7 previously) then I had with my new 2025 Chevy 2500HD. Once I had the "build" completed, I sent it out to 4 different dealerships and Parker Dyksterhouse was the first one to respond. During the entire process, he was committed to phenomenal customer service and was focused on me, the customer. We communicated either via email, at the beginning, and then once the truck was shipped, we started weekly phone calls that became daily. I wanted to make sure that the truck I ordered was the truck that was delivered, and Parker made sure of it! When it came time to pick it up, Parker met us at the airport in Bozeman since my wife and I were flying in to see our daughter and eventually babysit grandkids. Once we got to the Danhof Dealership, it was time to meet the finance person that would take care of the purchase transaction. it the past, this is the one part that I had come to dread - they always try to sell you something that you don't need. That was not the case here. Carly Danhof was great to work with. She understood that this was not my first truck and even though I had questions pertaining to an extended warranty, she took the time to explain them and left the decision to me. There was no pressure to buy anything, and the entire process took less than 15 minutes. I would do business with this Dealership again and they understand who the customer is and why there are in business to begin with. Carly and Parker are true assets to the Chevrolet Family and I hope that you recognize them for the fantastic service they provide! More
