I wanted to do business with a dealership that was honest. I encountered many dealerships that advertised one sales price but added hidden fees when I asked for an out the door quote. Very disappointing to say the least. With Reserve Auto group i was treated professionally and did not encounter any surprises. I had the pleasure of working with Andre and he took excellent care of me. If you are looking for a gently used vehicle that has been well cared for from a sales person who is going to be honest and upfront with you, you need to look no further, this is your place! More
Absolute NIGHTMARE! We have owned this Range Rover for almost 7 months and it’s been broke down for 6 months. Check Engine Light was on the day I test drove the vehicl We have owned this Range Rover for almost 7 months and it’s been broke down for 6 months. Check Engine Light was on the day I test drove the vehicle (1/11/24). Sebastian stated it needed a new fuel pump and they would replace it and deliver to my residence. Purchased the vehicle that day as this business and its employees seemed trustworthy and very professional. Vehicle was delivered to me on 1/19/24. The inside of the vehicle was disgusting and smelled like smoke. 3 of the doors would not lock, the lower tailgate button did not work, there was no owners manual and the rear cargo cover was missing. TEN DAYS later (1/29/24) it breaks down!!! Scanned codes and they were all related to the fuel system. Contacted Sebastian and told him I wanted everything repaired. Vehicle is towed on 2/1/24 to Reserve’s “repair facility”. They obviously were not capable of fixing anything. Vehicle is delivered to me again on 2/9/24. Same 3 doors did not lock, lower tail gate button still not working and 16 days later (2/25/24) the vehicle breaks down again with the same fuel pump/system issues. Same exact codes I scanned the day I test drove and same codes when it broke down on 1/29/24. 3/6/24 - Vehicle is towed to Park Place Land Rover DFW. Vehicle was at the dealership for 4 months!!! $6,386.10 in repairs. We picked the Range Rover up on 7/10/24. Drove it home. Woke up the next morning to go to the grocery store and the Check Engine Light comes on. Same codes related to the fuel pump/fuel system. Contact our service advisor at Park Place Land Rover and he gets us booked with a loaner. I’m literally sitting in my office as I type this review waiting on a tow truck to take it back to the dealership. We have made 5 payments on this vehicle plus insurance and have only been able to drive it for less than one month!!! We did purchase the extended warranty through DOWC. HOWEVER, Reserve never disclosed that the extended warranty would only cover $140 hour labor rate. Park Place Land Rover’s labor rate is $240/hour. Gene and Ivan did reach out to their DOWC rep and were able to get the full labor rate covered. Bottom line, this vehicle has some pretty significant if not catastrophic issues. This vehicle should have never been listed for sale. Now we’re looking at spending even more money on a retainer for an attorney to pursue litigation. I would avoid purchasing a vehicle from Reserve Auto at all cost. High class chop shop in my opinion. More

Shady! Dishonest! $3500.00 service fee. After getting our vehicle home we get a low engine coolant light. What exactly did that $3500.00 pay for because it Dishonest! $3500.00 service fee. A follow up to the $1,695 dealer fee (required) but not disclosed in the vehicle price. The vehicle I was interested in is the 2016 BMW 750i xDrive stock # GG41792, 44k miles. The advertised price of the vehicle originally started at $40,988 and has since dropped to $34,988, yet they would not reduce the price of the dealer fee from $1,695 to $750. I would have bought the vehicle when it was listed at $38,988. $5,000 lower, I reached and this is the message I received from the GM, “ My name is Marcus Williams/General Manager of Reserve Auto Group. I am reaching out in regards to your email with our owner Davis. I have been brought up to speed on your interest in the 7-Series we had listed. Unfortunately that unit is no longer available for purchase. We discovered some issues with it and determined it's best to wholesale the unit at an auction. It does not meet our standards for retail.” Now, how can a dealership justify $1,695 in a claim that they bring the car to a higher standard of reliability and confidence. Yet, several weeks later is claiming the vehicle is subpar. Worse yet, look on their site and still see the vehicle available for sale. I am very concerned at the trustworthiness of this dealership.
