Excellent customer service as always! I brought my Equinox in for an oil change and since my lease will be up in December I wanted to test drive a Blazer and a Trailblazer. My previous salesman had re Equinox in for an oil change and since my lease will be up in December I wanted to test drive a Blazer and a Trailblazer. My previous salesman had retired so Taylor helped me. What a nice young man! I was very impressed! He was very knowledgeable about both vehicles. This was our first meeting but he was so friendly and easy to talk to, just a pleasure to deal with. And Greg Williams was, as usual, so helpful! No matter how busy he is he always makes time to say hello and chat for a few minutes when I am there for service. Since I was also looking to decide on my next vehicle he took the time to make sure that I had all of the information I needed to help me make a choice. Greg represents this dealership so well! I didn’t interact with the Service department other than to hand over my keys on this visit since I was out test driving until after they closed but they did the oil change plus the extras (check tire pressure and fill fluids, etc) as efficiently as always! More
