I'm sure the sales team is wonderful since they are motivated by commissions, but DO NOT bring your car to be serviced here if you are a woman. They will try to intimidate you with scare tactics to get motivated by commissions, but DO NOT bring your car to be serviced here if you are a woman. In my experience, all dealerships present you with a long list of services for you to approve, but most will not our-right lie to you about how necessary the service is. Any other Honda dealership that I have been to in the area will help me prioritize what *should* be done versus what absolutely needs to be done for immediate safety reasons. If you are a female, they are going to assume that you know nothing about cars and try to bully you into getting more done than you really need to. No one needs to be victimized like that in this economy. Go anywhere else to avoid rude behavior from service reps (who pretend to be the general manager because apparently the general manager cannot be bothered). Keeler Honda is fantastic across the board and will treat you much more fairly. More
