I'd been thinking of getting a new vehicle and happened to stop at the Honda dealer near me. The salesman (Kerry Scanlon) was very personable, answered all of my questions, was NOT pushy. I really liked that Kerry was not "salesy" He didn't try to convince me that one model was better than another or convince me that some features were more important than others. He let ME lead the conversation. I asked him questions, he answered. I basically wanted to know what changes were made from the 2011 to the 2012. Once I knew that, the car sold itself. I never felt SOLD, only serviced. I love that. People love to buy, they HATE to be sold. They GET that at Rensselaer Honda. People LOVE their Honda C-RVs and now I am one of them. We are now a two C-RV family. We love the dealership and love the convenience since it is so near our home. Great service, friendly people, fair pricing. Not sure what else anyone could expect. I shopped around for a Honda Pilot for a while, and when I worked with Josh I found a new reason to appreciate his role as a salesman. I bought a 2007 CRV at Rensselaer Honda. Even thought it would have lasted alot longer, I got a great deal on a 2011 CRV. Mark Rizzo was great to deal with.
