This was my first visit to Rensselaer Honda for regularly scheduled maintenance. There were two reasons I opted to drive the one hour to this location for this appointment: 1) I had a very good experience wi scheduled maintenance. There were two reasons I opted to drive the one hour to this location for this appointment: 1) I had a very good experience with Rensselaer Honda a couple of years ago when I was traveling through Troy, NY and my car battery died nearby. As it became apparent that AAA wasn't going to get me towed to their facility before closing time, Rensselaer Honda gave me the name of a nearby auto body repair shop that they expected would be willing to come jumpstart my car. The staff at Rensselaer Honda was super helpful, friendly, and professional, leaving a very good impression. 2) They were able to offer me an appointment that fit with my schedule, and the experience at their service center was top notch. Knowledgeable, friendly staff, and a very comfortable waiting area. All repairs were explained thoroughly, and there wasn't a lot of pressure to add on additional services. It might sound crazy, but I'm planning to drive the one hour from my home to Rensselaer Honda for service going forward. More

The rerouting service calls to a call center is so inefficient. And it’s impossible to navigate if you are a busy working person.
