We are sorry you feel you had a poor experience with us but after looking into your situation it appears that the way you drive is causing these issues. The first time your car shut off was because you let it run out of gas. You stated that you thought that since it is a hybrid the battery would take over if the vehicle ran out of gas. Unfortunately hybrids don't work this way. All of the other times the vehicle shut off was because you were pressing the brake and the accelerator at the same time. It is very dangerous and not good for the vehicle to drive with both feet. Therefore Honda's have a safety feature that shut's off the car if it senses that both the accelerator and brake are depressed at the same time.
