The service department took advantage of my 80 year-old mother to sell her brakes that she didn't need and attempted to sell her a fluid change that she also did not need. They ignored the issue that she took the car in for in the first place (beeping in the dash that is likely caused by a short). This is a completely unprofessional service department, and that's leaving out the rude customer service provided by Joe Perry. Really an appalling level of service and dishonesty. More
