The service department took advantage of my 80 year-old mother to sell her brakes that she didn't need and attempted to sell her a fluid change that she also did not need. This is a completely unprofessional service department, and that's leaving out the rude customer service provided by Joe Perry. Really an appalling level of service and dishonesty. More
