Excellent Customer Care & On time Service I bought my vehicle here a few months ago and the first time it needed repair, they gave me a loaner suv. They had the car fixed and ready for pickup I bought my vehicle here a few months ago and the first time it needed repair, they gave me a loaner suv. They had the car fixed and ready for pickup as promised in 3 Days and the parts and labor was covered under warranty. This 2nd repair is also covered under warranty and was done in 2 Days. Ann was very helpful and professional very easy to deal with. She called me twice to let me know what is going on and what needs to be fixed and when the parts came and when it’s reafy for pick up. More

We talked prior to my arrival, I told him what I wanted, finance terms I was looking for, cost, etc. and he made it happen very smoothly. Not recommended for unaccompanied women Victor is an amazing salesman who deserves 5 stars. I want to make it clear that my review does not reflect his customer service in any way- he is gre Victor is an amazing salesman who deserves 5 stars. I want to make it clear that my review does not reflect his customer service in any way- he is great and Jeremy is also fantastic. However, the finance guy, who initially seemed friendly and polite, after about 5 minutes alone with him he was very crude and inappropriate. His crass sexual jokes made me uncomfortable as a single woman at the dealership alone. I didn’t like being alone in the finance office with him. Just because he mentioned his wife and dogs, that doesn’t make it okay for him to joke about prostitution and other perverse things. If you’re a female, I recommend not going alone. I’m sure he just thinks he’s being amicable, but no way in xxxx will I ever go back there. I just didn’t feel safe and if I had known I would have that experience I would have bought my car elsewhere and not come in from out of state. I did tell Victor afterwards that the finance person said obscene things and made me uncomfortable, but since the dealership stayed open after hours and I had come alone and just wanted to leave ASAP, I essentially let it be considered as a joke: I wasn’t joking, that guy is creepy, I am so sorry for the women in this workplace. He needs to review the sexual harrassment policy or be reinformed about what is appropriate to say to customers. More
