Fantastic Experience: My experience happened on 04/10/2024 when I was looking for a pick up and the friendly and respectful reception from Raciel has been excellent. I bought my car last year, and I was very much excited about it. John sold me the car, and he helped me with advice since it was my first time financing a car. However, a few months later I took the car back to its service check, and they came with a list of things that needed to be replaced in the car. The “things” never stopped coming. It was 2 pages of “recommended” repairs. The price to fix the car is half of what I financed. Service had no idea that I had purchased the car with them. I explained and I left that day with Tim telling me that he would reach his general manager and call me back with an answer. Well, that happens to be almost 2 months ago. I call them, my husband calls them, and we always hear the same thing. We always wait for the end of the day to hear something back from them, but nothing ever happens. The last time I spoke to somebody there was 3 days ago, and I still haven’t received the email she promised she would send me. My questions to them were simple… did you never fix/replace the things that should’ve been replaced/fixed before selling me the car and now you expect me to pay half of what I financed to fix it? And I am still waiting for the solution to my problem. I decided to buy my car there because my family recommended the salesperson, however, I’ve been regretting my decision for the last two months. I bought a Mitsubishi Outlander phev that would not hold or take a charge. For the first three months my car was in and out of the shop. They never listened to the problems and told me it was fixed every time I went to pick it up, but ultimately never was. They sold me a lemon that I am still dealing with almost a year later. The General manager Dustin Himes avoids accountability and STILL owes me money for things he promised he would cover! Overall this place is a nightmare. If you’re looking for electric cars or anything involving services … avoid Renn Kirby Mitsubishi. More

Really bad experience with this place. Clay was my salesman and he was not organized when we arrived, lots of standing around. The price negotiated price w/Dustin Himes and when paper work finally showed up the price was wrong, so they had to change it. The process took 2+ hours to get done. We asked if "ALL PAPERS WERE SIGNED" They said "YES" but weeks later got a bunch of papers in the mail they forgot to have us sign and we had to run around getting things notarized. They promised a second key & still hasn't delivered it. Tires for AWD car had significant issues, 2 tires matched, 2 didn't the gaps in tread depth was a concern to the AWD system. Lastly we bought this in Aug 2023 and the oil change sticker on car read Nov 2022. They ran it through an oil change then complained about me being difficult. Just overall poor experience. More
