We recently moved from NY state to NC & needed to have general servicing of our KIA Sportage. We arrived at our appt. time of 9:30am & were greeted immediately. We were told that the servicing should tak general servicing of our KIA Sportage. We arrived at our appt. time of 9:30am & were greeted immediately. Everyone I came in contact with was very nice. The appointment was made within a few days after I contacted Kia. My car now drives much better with NO loud brake sound. Great Service Experience Visit was scheduled conveniently. I was met by Mike, the Service Manager who was covering, for a vacationing team member, as I drove up. We discussed the work to done and I left. He called me later to confirm the replacement of the cabin filter and said he would deliver the car to me, at work, later that afternoon. They delivered my washed car, as promised, and Mike and I settled the charges. Fine job! More
