A few days after my oil change, I had noticed oil in my garage. When I called requesting it be checked, the service worker told me to bring my car right away. It turned out to be nothing but a slight spil garage. When I called requesting it be checked, the service worker told me to bring my car right away. The service department is a JOKE. I bought a 2023 Civic in may of 2023 and took it back for repairs under warranty. Do NOT take your car there! Extremely unprofessional and did more damage to my vehicle than when I took it in. Dropped my car off for a check engine light, took a week to fix, Extremely unprofessional and did more damage to my vehicle than when I took it in. Dropped my car off for a check engine light, took a week to fix, took it home and 3 days later the light was back on. We dropped it off AGAIN, they had it for 3 weeks and the mechanic said, "he thinks he broke it, it will need to be towed" that we need to come get it. When he went to pick it up the mechanic had pushed the vehicle outside and left the keys on the drivers seat. Never said what had happened or even spoke (he ignored my husband) Wouldn't answer the door or the phone. I called the manager the next day, said she had to do some investigating as this was the first she'd heard about it. (Mind you my vehicle was there almost 3 weeks). She COULDN'T even be bothered to call me back. I have yet to hear from anyone. Thankfully my husband is mechanically inclined and is in the process of fixing their mess-up. WILL NEVER GO BACK!! More
