I'm usually satisfied, but this time I was expecting the repair of the steering of my leased 202 HR-V Sport as informed in the recall letter, replaci I'm usually satisfied, but this time I was expecting the repair of the steering of my leased 202 HR-V Sport as informed in the recall letter, replacing the probably damaged worm gear and its spring, but I was told that they just packed the steering gear with grease. How can that be a real solution when as new the grease did not keep the steering working properly? And having been operated with defective software and excessive friction for one and a half year, it's highly probably that the gears have been badly worn prematurely. I can't understand that adding grease is a good solution, because it seems more as a temporary fix without fixing the cause of the problem. More
