I first met Rebecca (Becca the Honda Girl) a couple years ago at a different dealership. I was immediately impressed! She was helpful. She answered all my questions. She took me for a test drive, even though I wasn't yet ready to make a purchase. She also followed-up every couple months - the perfect frequency for staying in touch. When I started looking to purchase a used vehicle, I reached out to Becca because I wanted to work with her. That day, the vehicles on the Renaldo site did not meet my needs. Becca reached out to check in with me about a week later. That prompted me to look at their site again and the exact used vehicle, that fits all of my requirements (type, price, condition, AWD, color) was on the site. She helped me reserve the vehicle immediately, and texted me a picture to show it had been taken off the lot, along with pictures that answered some of my questions (tire condition, etc.). Becca nurtured me through this purchasing process. She was even planning to pick me up at my home on the day I was going to make the purchase, and when I moved that day forward, she sent a wonderful staff member, James, to pick me up (I'm 30 minutes away - not just down the street). She paid close attention to every single detail of the process so I was well prepared with every document I needed. Every step was easy. No crazy game playing (that I've experienced at other dealers in the past). Just an easy business transaction. I highly highly highly recommend Becca for anyone looking to purchase new or used. I teach salespeople for a living, and she is absolutely fantastic. Working with Becca will make you feel nurtured, listened to, and your buying experience will be easy, fun, and without any pressure or stress - the way it should be! More
