We are sorry that you feel this way Mrs. Poston. We explained the day you purchased the vehicle that we gave you the best deal we could and actually lost money to meet your husband's offer. The Nissan LEAP program is supposed to cover that radio. We offered to cover a small portion of the price if there was any diagnostic fees from the LEAP program repair but we told you from the beginning we could not pay for a new radio in that truck. If you remember, we actually gave you an option at that point to back out of the purchase and return the truck for a refund but you chose to continue with the purchase of the vehicle. We tried everything we knew to make you happy. I'm sorry you felt you needed to give us a bad review when we did everything possible to make you happy including buying back the truck.

Brad That’s an outright lie. We paid you the sticker price that was on the truck, therefore no money was lost. You never told us anything about the repair other than bring it in and it would be repaired. We drove the truck home on Saturday and bought the truck back on Monday for service. My husband Phillip waited for 4 hours. You told us yourself that the radio would be sent out to American radio. Which you knew was a lie because it had already been sent. You knew there was a problem but didn’t disclose the facts until the car was taken to Nissan in Tennessee and we paid for diagnostics. You have avoided our phone calls and emails. You need to make this right or buy the truck back from us for what we paid. You know you’re in the wrong. I will not stop until This is made right. It’s sad that this has been so shady. We are innocent here. We just bought a 28k car from Nissan.
