Bait and Switch! !! My father spoke to Luis on the phone regarding a new Altima. He was told they had a 2023 Altima on the lot for $20,000. He had him put a $500 ho !! My father spoke to Luis on the phone regarding a new Altima. He was told they had a 2023 Altima on the lot for $20,000. He had him put a $500 hold for the car. My father showed up today to purchase the car and signed paperwork, the whole time thinking he was purchasing a NEW car and when he went to look at it afterward, saw some scuff marks on the rims and asked why a new car would have damage already. It was then that he was told that this was a pre-owned car, with $63k miles on it!! I know that my father made it clear what he was looking for a 2023 Altima. He feels the Luis was dishonest in the sale. Once he realized he had "been had", he was visibly upset. He said he could tell Luis realized he was upset about the situation, but Luis didn't offer to make it right and cancel the transaction. My father ended up leaving with the car, thinking he had no other choice. When he got home, he explained everything to me and I called the sales manager to give him a chance to make things right. The manager said that Luis and other salesmen had a different version of what happened, that they all heard Luis tell my father "multiple" times that the car was used. Imagine that, salesmen not admitting that they were dishonest to make a sale. Why wouldn't they stick together to keep out of trouble? The sales manager said there's nothing he could do once the car was driven off the lot. I know that there were times that my father should have spoken up for himself. He is the most honest person I know and can be naive which makes him an easy target. I regret not going to the dealership with him and asking questions. Stay clear of this dealership!! More

DO NOT GO HERE! They snuck over 2k worth of fees into my agreed upon "out the door" pricing into my financed vehicle. Terrible dealership to visit. Wouldn't work with you before arriving, after driving an hour to look at a vehicle they just jerked around and wasted 4 hours of my time.
