Not only was he super down to earth, he listened to our needs instead of suggesting vehicles we weren’t interested in. He wasn’t pushy which helped make the car buying process a lot more enjoyable! After we found the Jeep, we traded our previous SUV to Reliable Toyota. We were sad to leave behind a sticker on the rear window because it reminded us of our golden retriever we lost. Shaq had the window sticker removed and returned it to us! This was the most genuine thing a sales rep has ever done for us. It made us both cry and we really appreciate him going beyond the transaction. Shaq will be the first person we call when looking for another vehicle. We highly recommend him! More
