Amazing It was a cold, dark, rainy day & I was saying No, No! all the way across town to Reliable Toyota, in Springfield, MO. We've had 4 Land Rovers over th It was a cold, dark, rainy day & I was saying No, No! all the way across town to Reliable Toyota, in Springfield, MO. We've had 4 Land Rovers over the past few decades, I like them & I had no intentions of changing my mind. I don't like small cars because I don't feel safe in them. However, I had nothing else to do, so I agreed to just look at the RAV-4, my husband looked at the day before. He likes them because of their good track record. When we got out of our car at the dealership, there was Travis, waiting outside with a smile & a warm welcome, which was just what we needed. Fortunately !!! Yea !!! the Black RAV car my husband saw the day before had a sold sign in the window. (Don't like Black) Travis stuck with us, as we walked around the lot, in the almost icy drizzle. (Crazy Right) He showed us some similar models as we looked for another RAV-4. Travis brought a car into the bay area so we could sit in it & discuss it in warm comfort & then it hit me, it was LOVE at 1st sight. (for the CAR) The test drive confirmed it. It was spacious & had the feel of a much larger car but the convenience of a smaller car & I felt safe in it. Half way through filling out the paper work my husband decided he needed a tow package on it. So Travis took us to the parts department to discuss the possibilities. Travis kindly re-did the paperwork. Banks were closed for a holiday & during that time, my husband decided, he didn't need the tow package on this car because we already had one on our other car. Back to the dealership & Travis, with a smile, assured us that it would be no problem taking off the tow package & redoing the paper work again. Travis was very personable & listened to our needs & was smart enough, Not to judge a book by its cover, as my husband had come in wearing his worst faded & ragged work jeans. He comes across as a very good person & a very good salesman. I think he has a good chance of being, Salesman of the Year. More

The only thing that I had a problem with is if the tag says no haggle no hassle I wish they would have after you have filled out all of the paper work for the loan give you their best finance deal instead of waiting for you to make a deal with another institution , then comes back and says "well we found that we could save you $1500. , by going with us. " This is a Hassle and creates problems . Ray was well mannered and very comfortable to deal with. A real good person. Very satisfied with the deal on the Truck I purchased. More

Service Dept. Service department is awful. They forgot to tell me that my Prius front end was out of alignment when I was there for a tire rotation. They put the Service department is awful. They forgot to tell me that my Prius front end was out of alignment when I was there for a tire rotation. They put the cupped front tires on the back of the car hoping I wouldn't notice. By luck I was out of town for next tire rotation and a more reputable toyota dealer pointed this out.. When I bought my certified Prius during certification they forgot to rotate the tires on the scheduled tire rotation. A definite " Buyer Beware " Dealer.. More

Best Car Dealership Experience Ever! On December 29, 2016, my family and I went to Reliable Toyota with the intentions of checking out what our options were regarding the need for a newer On December 29, 2016, my family and I went to Reliable Toyota with the intentions of checking out what our options were regarding the need for a newer vehicle. Originally we weren’t planning on purchasing that same day, as we wanted to explore our options and see if Reliable Toyota had any vehicles that would fit our family needs. Upon arrival we met with Juan Lopez, and after he took the time to listen to what we needed, he showed us a few options and also asked his fellow co-workers and supervisors if they knew of anything that might work the best for our needs. At first none of those options would help us in the long run, then right before we decided to leave our information so that he could contact us in the future with a possible match to our needs, he took the time to ask his superiors and his co-workers one more time to see if any of them knew of a vehicle that would work best for us. Eventually the right vehicle, a 2011 Honda Pilot, was discovered over at their Detailing Shop; Mr. Lopez took us over to see it and we even took it for a test drive. After the test drive, we decided that it was the vehicle that we had been looking for. Halfway through the paperwork process, Mr. Lopez had a scheduled appointment come in (we were kind of a walk-in with no real set appointment), and so he asked his co-worker Dave Perry to step in and help us with the rest of the process. Mr. Perry was just as friendly and helpful with us and our process, which ended up being a special case and not an easy cut and paste application process. Both Mr. Lopez and Mr. Perry stayed with us throughout the entire process, helping us along the way. Also because we had such a special case regarding our application process we had some additional help from the sales manager Anthony Frohock, and the business manager James Trimble. Without such dedication to customer service from these four outstanding gentlemen, my family would not be enjoying our new (new to us) 2011 Honda Pilot. We highly recommend to anyone looking for a newer vehicle (Used or New) to visit Reliable Toyota and ask for either Juan Lopez or Dave Perry, these two sales consultants will take you in and treat you and your family with the utmost respect and care that I have no doubts they treat their family with. An added bonus, they both are interesting gentlemen to talk too as you wait for specific processes of the application to process. More

The problem I feel was higher up than him. The vehicle had bad brakes and they wouldn't fix it, even though they had agreed to it prior. Every other past experience with Reliable of any branch has been bad from customer service to just plain being lied to . Lesson learned. More
