He never pressured us into anything but instead just offered expert advice per each vehicle we looked at. He spent over two hours just talking about features and took us on multiple test drives. He never asked about money or what we wanted to spend until we made our decision. He got us the best deal possible and even better then what we had walking in with a preapproved check. No pressure sales, answered questions straight forward and absolutely NO HASSLE. Ryan in finance was the same. Thoroughly covered all aspects of warranty and additional warranties available, no pressure and no hype! James made sure everything throughout the process was to my satisfaction. These guys did not fit the stereotypical “car salesman” prototype, far from it. These guy were professional business men and straight up.
