This past weekend my wife and I visited Reliable Toyota to just look at a Highlander for her. I was not optimistic about trading here, as I had been a vendor for them back in the 90's. I would never have conceived of spending a dime at this store, but Jack, and also Austin in the finance department, created an entirely new perception of the place! Jack was thoroughly likeable, knowledgeable, LISTENS, and treated us with respect. It was almost like buying a vehicle from a friend, well, he is a friend now. This was also true of Austin.
