For 3 months, we called over 50+ dealerships on a bi-weekly basis checking allocations for a vehicle that fit our needs. When the time came for our vehicle to be built, Daniel Enlow reached out to inform us of the progress on our vehicle. 5 days after it was built, the vehicle was on the lot in Springfield. Daniel sent us a video of our vehicle after it was offloaded from the truck and set up an appt for the next day for us to come pick it up. Daniel knew EVERYTHING there was to know about our Sienna and made it obvious he not only cares about his job but is passionate about what he sells. He made sure we knew everything we needed to know about our vehicle before we drove off the lot that day. Our experience would have been 5-star, but the finance department was overly busy and our visit to pick up our vehicle lasted over 3 hours - and we were pre-approved for financing before we came in. The finance team was overly committed to having us purchase extended warranties which got a little awkward when we had to say "no" multiple times. Other than that, Daniel is excellent and we will happily recommend him to others. More
