This was our first experience buying a Toyota and buying from Reliable Toyota. Our salesperson, Ben, was recommended by a friend. He and Joe, made the entire experience easy and pleasant. He was very thorough in explaining all of the new buttons and features on my Grand Highlander. Joe was also great when it came to paying for my vehicle. We were paying cash and he didn’t push me to take financing or try and upsell me on anything I didn’t need. We did purchase the extended warranty. When we were ready to drive off the lot, Ben brought out a big bow and took a bunch of pictures. We don’t trade cars very often so this was a big deal for us. I would recommend them to anyone. More
