I started my car search over a year ago. I had finally decided on a Toyota Rav 4 hybrid, and met with multiple dealers. I originally met with Ben then chose to go with another Toyota dealer I had finally decided on a Toyota Rav 4 hybrid, and met with multiple dealers. I originally met with Ben then chose to go with another Toyota dealer farther away from Springfield that could offer a faster turn around time. The service at that dealer was poor, but Ben continued to make sure I was being taken care of even though I wasn’t his customer! He wanted to make my first new car buying experience was great. The previous dealer did not make me a priority, declined my calls, and had poor overall customer service. I cancelled my deposit and gave Ben a call! He was able to get me on a wait list, and gave me regular updates. He even called just to check in and see how I was doing. We got the exact car I wanted in a quicker turn around time than expected. The service was UNMATCHED here at Reliable, and I can’t wait to purchase more vehicles from Ben! More
