I started looking for a new car end of May beginning of June and purchased a new 2022 Toyota Highlander at the end of August. Reliable Toyota was by far the easiest people to work with, the most laid back, Dylan Massey went above and beyond to answer all of my questions and make sure I was finding the car perfect for me. When I say he went above and beyond, the man is 6’3 and I asked him to get in the third row and tell me how comfortable he was back there. He was a great sport and gave honest feedback. I never once felt like he was pressuring me to purchase a car, I truly just felt like he wanted me to be happy with whatever I did purchase and he was available for any question I had that would help that process. I will also say with this market right now Toyota seemed to be the only dealership not marking up over MSRP, which I highly appreciate. Overall, the service from Dylan as well as the finance team was fantastic and I’m thrilled with my purchase. If your going to Toyota ask for Dylan and you won’t be disappointed. More
