When looking for a new vehicle we shopped around multiple dealerships including out of state, and the none of them compared to the customer service and hospitality we experienced at this location. Drew Linde dealerships including out of state, and the none of them compared to the customer service and hospitality we experienced at this location. Drew Lindeman was our Rep here at Toyota Reliable and was real, authentic, and not a pushy salesman like all the other dealerships we visitied. Most the other dealerships were pushing the sell, but Drew made us feel like we were visiting his home by offering drinks and asking what we were looking for. He apologized on behalf of Reliable not having any new cars available to view on their lot. He asked what we would be interested in looking at and even allowed us to test drive some used toyota vehicles to get a feel for what we wanted. Once we decided what vehicle we wanted and looking side by side at prices, Drew was honest and upfront that a new car was the best way to go. We agreed and a week later we came back to reserve a new Rav4 with all the options we wanted. No hidden agendas, no hidden fees, and definitely no sales people around to push you into what you don't truly want. We chose everything we wanted and set the price we could afford, and Drew and his bosses delievered. The car came sooner than expected. On the day we got to go pick it up, we ended up with a lot more warranties, protections, and even an amazingly low APR rate! For a brand new car it was just an incredible deal! The process was easy. Like anything that you buy, you have papers to sign, deals to make, and various other things that take time before you can drive away. Regardless of how much time it took to finally drive home with our new car. The process was smooth and everyone was extremely helpful and kind. It may have been Drew's pleasure to get us a new car, but it was our pleasure getting to do business with him. We will be back to buy another new vehicle from Reliable and work with Drew again too. The whole team were great. Ivan was with us, friendly and helpful with every question and problem that arose. There was no pressure for a sale and he made sure that it was some Ivan was with us, friendly and helpful with every question and problem that arose. There was no pressure for a sale and he made sure that it was something we were truly comfortable with. He as well has left the door open to always reach out and has made us feel comfortable doing so. He and the Reliable team are the reason we drove an hour out of our way to do business when we have a dealership 10 minutes down the road.
