Buyer Beware Bought a Titan XD and had some problems with the truck. A collapsed or "seized up" control arm on a truck with less that 15k miles, diesel fumes in th Bought a Titan XD and had some problems with the truck. A collapsed or "seized up" control arm on a truck with less that 15k miles, diesel fumes in the cab and squeaking (again, less than 15k miles)10 days to repair and the squeaking and diesel fumes in the cab were not fixed. At least they replaced the control arm in 10 days. Nissan flew out a special mechanic but Reliable didn't have an "equivalent" loaner vehicle. When I expressed my frustration to the general manager, he responded, "Anyway...I'm not going to be able to help you." If you need a truck (and don't just "want" a truck) I'd stick with Ford, RAM or Chevy. Nissan tried with the Titan XD with Cummins engine, but they don't have a handle on quality control and their dealerships (at least Reliable) doesn't treat customer like they appreciate them purchasing vehicles. I was treated as an inconvenience and won't go back to Reliable or ever buy another Nissan. BUYER BEWARE!!! More

Had me waiting over an hour after telling me to be there at 8 the next morning. I finally asked for my car back at 9 am without it being serviced. Going to the other dealer though it's 30 minutes away. More

I called Reliable while on the highway and got scheduled for the service call the day after Thanksgiving. They took great care of me, did the oil change, tire rotation, fluids checks and everything called for on the 10k service. Their folks were most accommodating and offered coffee and goodies that morning. The work was done promptly and I could not have been more pleased with the experience and level of service offered by Gerald and his folks at the service department. More

Unprofessional Service, Emplyees and Management Took my car in for my sensors to be replaced for an emissions test to pass on a 240SX Nissan car. 2 days later they tried charging me $2000 because th Took my car in for my sensors to be replaced for an emissions test to pass on a 240SX Nissan car. 2 days later they tried charging me $2000 because they took my engine apart because my check engine all of a sudden went on. (No I did not pay this) I gave them no permission for that other than to replace sensors. I asked to speak to the manager and he couldn't give me a reason on why they took my car apart. Therefore we were sent home with a bigger problem because now my car shuts down at every stop and my sensors were STILL NOT replaced! Paid $136 for diagnosis only! Not only will my car not pass emissions test, now it dont even drive correctly!!! Poor poor service!!! Never ever take your car here for service!!!! - Mike Apodaca More

Dishonest. At first, I just hated the sales side, but I have come to despise the service side, too. I would not buy another vehicle from this dealership or reco At first, I just hated the sales side, but I have come to despise the service side, too. I would not buy another vehicle from this dealership or recommend it to anyone. They lie chronically and do not stand behind their products. The Armada I purchased is a lemon. I believe they lied about the vehicle's history and problems when I was considering it. It was used but supposedly still under warranty. The engine has been good, but a lot of little things are broken and too expensive to get fixed; for example the console just fell from the ceiling on the inside and the electronic locks are failing. This car is not old enough and was way too expensive to be so poorly constructed. Also, the service department seriously dented my car in the shop and refused to take responsibility for it. I am currently seeking another place to get my car serviced. More
